Notice:                            

Notice is hereby given for a public hearing to be heard by the Butte County Board of Education via Zoom meeting regarding the Education Protection Account spending determination for 2020-21.

Purpose:

To receive comments on the Education Protection Account spending determination for 2020-21 budget presented to the Butte County Board of Education for approval.

Comment Procedures:

All persons interested in this matter are invited to attend the public hearing via Zoom meeting.  Any person desiring to comment is requested to submit a written statement for inclusion in the record of proceedings at the public hearing.  The Board President may limit oral presentation lengths if many people would like to speak.  You are urged to submit your written comments as early as possible.  Comments must be received by Friday, June 12, 2020 by 4:30 p.m. to be included in the public hearing.
